Honors Program Terms and Policy Agreement
1. Basic Monthly Services
1.1. Our stylists at Dress Couture will curate a specified number of outfits based on your monthly subscription. These outfits will be tailored to your preferences and desires.
1.2. Each client will have the opportunity to edit the looks styled for them each month, within the parameters of their subscription.
1.3. Each client will receive a number of fittings each month within the scope of their subscription.
1.4. Our stylists will source items within or below your monthly shopping budget. We will never exceed your monthly shopping budget without your explicit agreement.
1.5. Please note that your monthly shopping budget is separate from your monthly payment for accessing our services.
1.6. All items sourced by our stylists are to be purchased by the client through their own discretion. Our stylists do not cover the cost of purchases for your standard monthly subscription.
1.7. It is solely the clients choice whether or not they want to purchase the items that were styled for them each month.
1.8. Once any items are purchased, the client must adhere to the shipping, return, and exchange policy of the third-party merchant. Dress Couture is not responsible or liable for any occurrences that happens with the clients purchased items.
2. Honors Program
2.1. Clients in our Honors Program are picked by Dress Couture. Members cannot apply or recruit other members to our Honors Program.
2.2. For clients enrolled in our Honors Program, Dress Couture will provide an additional $3000 to their monthly budget for select months, determined by our stylists, and based on the client's styling needs.
2.3. This budget increase is not a monthly occurrence and is only provided to members of the Honors Program.
2.4. Every item purchased using the $3000 budget increase must be returned to its original merchant unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
2.5. Clients may choose to purchase items sourced with the $3000 budget increase before they are returned to the original merchant. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for the total amount and must pay within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
2.6. Clients are 100% liable for any damages to items purchased with the $3000 budget increase while in their possession.
3. Honors Program Returns
3.1. Items purchased with the $3000 budget increase must be returned to their original merchant through Dress Couture's return process.
3.2. Clients are responsible for dry cleaning items before returning them to our stylists. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee and will be billed an invoice.
3.3. Items must be returned to our stylists within 10 days of use, using the original packaging and the 2-day priority shipping label that will be provided through Dress Couture.
3.4. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to our stylists and will be billed an invoice.
3.5. Clients are financially responsible for items that cannot be returned to its original merchant due to failure to adhere to the Honors program return guidelines or unforeseen circumstances directly related to the client.
4. Billing and Payments
4.1. An itemized invoice will be billed to the client at the end of each styling job if items are purchased or fees are incurred due to shipping, rentals, cleaning, etc.
4.2. Clients must pay any additional invoices for purchased items or incurred fees within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
4.3. Failure to pay invoices within the specified timeframe may result in the total amount being added to the client's next monthly billing cycle, along with a $100 fee.
4.4. Services may be paused or discontinued for clients with outstanding invoices or fees.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Dress Couture reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time, with notice provided to clients.
5.2. These terms and policies are subject to the laws and regulations of Los Angeles County. By accessing Dress Couture's styling services, you agree to abide by these terms and policies.
